The Ministry of Health and Welfare recently held the first "Taiwan Top 50 SMART Application Awards Ceremony and SMART SUMMIT International Forum." Deputy Minister of Health and Welfare Chuang Jen-hsiang, Director-General of the National Health Insurance Administration Chen Liang-yu, Director of the Department of Information Technology of the Ministry of Health and Welfare Li Chien-chang, and SMART on FHIR standard founder and Harvard Medical School Professor Kenneth D. Mandl jointly presented the awards, selecting 50 groups of smart healthcare applications from 115 entries nationwide. Yuan Rung Medical Corporation Yuan Rung Hospital stood out with its self-developed "Intelligent Medical Order System" (APOE), becoming one of the outstanding applications to win this award. It is the only winning regional hospital among 360 in Taiwan, demonstrating Yuan Rung's innovative energy and practical strength in the field of smart healthcare.
